Anyway today was the 4th day in college...

Presure coming after introducing every new subject.

Not going to talk much today.

Very tired everyday.

My 1st trip with license entered Genting Casino~!

I'm now officially 21 years old.

Although kinda don't like turn 21 but reality it is.

So when you turn 21,

Officially and lawfully you are able to do a lot of things.

Such as gamble, clubbing, voting, some official document and much more...

So, the first thing after turning 21 I went to the only casino in Malaysia...

GENTING HIGHLANDS!!!

Hahaha...

Honestly speaking, I don't like gamble...

Because I don't have any luck in it...

But since having 1 month holiday and I doing nothing but just relaxing at home,

why don't just follow my parents and open my eyes to the world...

Heehee...

Drama queen pula...

Anyway, my parents don't like gamble as well...

They went just because of meeting my dad's friends and some business talk.

All the casino entrances are guarded by police.

As usual even I go clubbing,

this people love to check my IC...

But this time i very HaoLian, arrogant in Hokkien, took out my IC and show him with my eyes not looking at him at all...

Macam tunggu ditumbuk... Very QianDa...

Hahaha...

Aiyo... Got license ady ma...

Sure must act a bit one...

Unlike last time must give some mercy face...

So I went in after showing my IC...

As everyone know how's a casino looks like.

So I not going to talk much.

And I really curious why this people can win.

The chances are so small to get a jackpot.

The first 20 mins sitting in front a machine, I almost lost RM50.

Immediately, I stood up and told my parents no way I gonna continue, this is ridiculous!

Anyway I just want to upgrade my card from normal World Card to a Green Card.

So since I gained 1 GP, and I went to the service counter and get a new one.

My dad won a bit and came look for me and my mom...

I gave him my card, very fast he won back my RM50...

Then, we went and had some tea break at Starbucks Coffee...

Yum Yum...

This year I'm 21 years old.

My mom suggested me to have studio photo to remember the youth I had and also family photo.

Since I'm 21 this year and my youngest brother is 12 this year so is a memorable year to have a nice family photo.

And the last family photo we had in studio was 11 years back...

In the 1st place we wanted to take in Batu Pahat, but the studio was fully book...

So lastly we decide to take in KL.

Yesterday went to Mid Valley while waiting for my cousin to fetch my auntie back to Batu Pahat.

Coincidence, Maybelline was doing promotion.

And so coincidence, i need to refill my make-up kit...

I finish most of my make-up stuff.

Heehee...

They were having this promotion whereby, purchase above RM80,

you can have a free makeup, hair style and take A4 photo shooting.

And purchase above RM120, you entitle to get a 3 pieces free gift (eye shadow, concealer and lipstick).

Hahaha...

Is my time to shopping!!!!!

Actually I only need a foundation...

End up i bought almost the whole set of make-up kit.

To accumulate RM80 is difficult.

Because all the stuff were discounted.

The foundation I want was originally RM35.90, now they selling at RM29.90.

Liquid foundation originally RM49.90 and now RM39.90...

So me, my sis and my mom, everyone try to get what we want and accumulate RM160.

So me and my sis can also take photo and a free gift...

We bought 7 items.

I bought a foundation powder, liquid foundation, lip gloss and eye shadow.

My sis bought a eyeliner and eye brow pencil.

My mom bought a UV base.

And we had 6 items free gifts...

Heehee...

A refill foundation powder, lip balm, blusher, concealer, eye shadow and lip stick.

Lucky right?

RM160 and I got everything I need to make-up the whole face.

Next thing, me and my sis were given make-up and photo shooting...

To the Ladies Out There...

Do anyone know that the 2nd most common cancer among Malaysian women is Cervical Cancer???

FACT:

At least 50% of people who are sexually active will get genital HPV.

What's HPV???

HPV is a common virus called Human Papillomavirus.

What is cervical cancer???

The cervix is the neck of the womb (uterus).

It connects the body of the uterus to the vagina (birth canal).

Cervical cancer begins when a woman becomes infected with certain type of Human Papillomavirus (HPV).

If the immune system does not clear the infection, normal cells can begin grow abnormally and turn into precancerous lessions.

Cancer occurs when the cells of the cervix become abnormal and grow out of control.

The cancer can spread to other parts of the body.

There are over 100 types of HPV, but only a few of them actually cause cancer.

The virus is transmitted through genital skin to skin contact so it can affect virtually any woman, regardless of her age or lifestyle.

Anyone who has sexual activity involving genital contact could get genital HPV, even if there's no sexual intercourse.

It is estimated that about 4 out of 5 sexually active women will have an HPV infection during their lifetime, even if they've only had 1 or 2 sexual partners.

How do you know if you have HPV???

HPV usually has no signs or symptoms.

HPV infections are 1st discovered as a result of abnormal Pap tests.

A Pap test is part of the gynecological exam and helps detect abnormal cells in the lining of the cervix.

Options to prevent!!!

Regular Pap Test.

Abstinence from all sexual activity.

Maintain monogamous relationship with someone who has had no other or few sexual partners.

Limit the number of partners you have and choose your partners carefully. The fewer partners your partner has had, the less likely he or she is to have HPV.

Condoms may help reduce but is not fully protective against infection.

Vaccination with HPV vaccine.

Preventing cervical cancer!!!

GOOD NEWS!!!

Now in M'sia there are ways to protect against cervical cancer.

Currently vaccination is available to prevent HPV infection and may reduce the risk of cervical cancer and HPV related diseases caused by certain types of HPV.

Ideally females should get the vaccine before they are sexually active.

This is because the vaccine is most effective in women/girls who have not yet acquired any of the HPV types covered by the vaccine.

How did I celebrate my birthday???

Erm...

I celebrated with my family at Red Box Karaoke, The Curve.

We sang for 6 hours...

Wahahaha...

From 3pm to 9pm...

We sang 3 hours of Happy hours and continue with buffet dinner for 3 hours.

And Guys, you know what, yesterday the whole singing section only cost RM166!!!

Heehee...

Me and my family except my dad went to The Curve at 1pm and we had lunch...

Arounf 3pm, my sis complaint hungry and so we decided go Red Box earlier.

Because with student card and under 12 is only RM7++.

So 5 of us went in with 3 student cards and 2 normal head charge which is RM16++...

Coz my bro forgot to bring his student card...

Haihz...

Anyway with normal head charge we can order food...

Then around 5.30pm, my dad came and join...

So he need to pay happy hour charges as well...

So another RM16++.

The buffet dinner start at 6pm...

We just have to pay extra RM10 per person to continue for another 3 hours and with buffet dinner...

Yumyum...

There's lot of oyster!!!

Sushi!!!

I really enjoyed yesterday singing with my family...

Especially in this special day when I turn 21...

And my dad very clever...

He's not paying...

Or should say he will pay end of month...

Because paid by my credit card!!!

This year birthday i had great present from my parent and relatives...

My dad bought me a car...

The month i born...

My mom very clever, I have 6 members in my family.

But we only celebrate birthday 3 times...

WHY??!!

Because...

Let me tell you...

In my family, dad, mom, me, sis, 1st bro and 2nd bro...

Dad and me have a same month, September and...

We are only 2 days different, his on 20th, I'm on 22nd...

Mom and sis on March, exactly 2 weeks different, sis on 15th and mom on 29th...

Both brothers are on October, and exactly 1 weeks!!!

One on 5th another one on 12th...

Clever right???

My dad only need to spent 3 times to celebrate... not 5 times!!!!

After coming back from Maldives,

I miss Genting a lot...

The cold weather, the fresh air...

So i told my mom since all the siblings had finish their exams and having holiday,

why not going up to Genting...

So we went up on 19th, friday.

We had a very nice homemade bbq and steamboat.

20th...

My dad's birthday...

We went up the mountain and had lunch.

And we went to karaoke...

Heehee...

1st time whole family had fun and singing together for 2 hours although my parents went out half an hour earlier to casino...

Hearts around the room... Very sweet...

After singing k,

Me and my siblings walk around and then we hang out at starbucks.

Mmm...

I love Green Tea Latte...

I should have drink right after I come back from Maldives!!!

It makes me flash back the time i had my last gathering with Seisyun before I depart to Maldives...

Anyway, around 6.30pm we went to Ming Ren Restaurant to had our dinner...

After dinner, my dad not satisfied...

So he wanna go back to casino again.

Well... Since we also don't want go back earlier, we go shopping!!!

We have plenty of time, so I went and try out the cloths...

9pm, my dad called and said we are leaving...

We got 4 cakes from Starbucks and redeem from World Card points...

After 15 mins back to apartment,

everyone were exhausted and quickly wash and change.

Totally forgot about the cake...

End up everyone in pyjamas except me...

Window Shopping at Mid Valley~!!!

Yay!!!
At last my little bro finish his exam, UPSR!
Yay!!!
Me and my mom can go out shopping anytime... Especially weekdays!!!
But... sales are all over!!!
Now they only have Raya sales... So most of the things are actually not what we want...
Haihz...

Anyway, I had great meals today...

Yum yum...

Last 2 weeks after I came back from Maldives, my mom brought me to Mid Valley to cut my hair...

We actually walk pass this restaurant in The Gardens, but I prefer to eat sushi, so we went to Sushi Zanmai...

So last week, my mom and dad actually went and try this restaurant...

They said very nice... So today, we went again...

The restaurant name Fong Lye and is a Taiwan Restaurant.

Fong Lye is also actually where my ancestor came from in Hokkien Province, China.

We order 2 set of rice chicken and beef, which cost around RM18++ per set n a pot of tea which cost RM12... @.@" expensive le...

Honestly, is really really tasty!!!

The rice was cover with some minced pork... (sorry fren, if u r muslim... )

Then they have some side dishes as well as soup.. (Chinese food is the best for me forever!!!)

We actually sharing 2 sets for 4 person... Hahaha...

End up still the bill cost us RM 70+...

So that's my lunch...
After that we went shopping...
Guess what... After lunch we went and bought some BREADS!!!!!
Hahaha... Ridiculous right???
After full stomach still we can buy foods...
But... Actually these breads are different...
They are FAKE!!!
But they do looks real, smells real, even touching feels real too!!!!
This is actually a soft toy which you use it as a cushion to rest your wrist or as a stress ball (squeeze it to release your tension.... hahaha...)
This is the most expensive bread I ever bought... RM12.90 per piece... Swt...
And then we continue our shopping... Actually Window Shopping...
Nothing to buy at all...
Or should say, I want to buy... but no money... hahaha... (I'm so poor... T.T")
I'm so bored after coming back from Maldives... Nothing to do... Everyday at home...
The worst thing is my night life are gone!!!!
I miz those days hanging out with my 2 dearest cousins, Angelyn and Eric...
Eric, pls don't retire... I still need you!!!

Wee Yong's Wedding~!

6th September 2008,

my cousin, Wee Yong's wedding.

He is 25 years old this year... Very lucky guy... Hahaha...
He is the only son in Kok's Family... Let's talk a bit about my mom's side family.

My grandpa has 2 sons and 8 daughters.

My mom's surname is Quek and she's the 5th daughter...

Actually the surname was suppose to be Kok, the sons were given Kok, and daughters were Quek.

So Wee Yong's dad is my mom's 2nd brother.

These are the 8 princesses in Kok/Quek's Family.

This is my 2nd uncle and his wife

I went back to Batu Pahat right after my brother finish his exam in college.

I went to my 2nd uncle house and we had party there.
